* * Nutritional Health Counselor, and owner of Joni Juice (https://www.jonijuice.com/), Cindy Kasindorf says she used to get a lot of stomach aches as a child. Unfortunately she didn't understand the connection between what she ate and how it affected her body. Years later after pursuing education in the field of nutrition, founding Joni Juice and learning more about the practice of functional medicine, she was determined to find a remedy to cure chronic stomach aches and here is one of her favorite recipes. She formulated this to support the digestive system. Each ingredient on its own is known to aid in digestion, the combination of these ingredients put together is a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes to heal any digestive issues as polysaccharides found in the gel of the aloe leaf lubricates the lining of the intestines, pineapple has strong anti-inflammatory benefits and the menthol in mint is soothing. It’s so easy to make too!
