Jelly Bean Vodka

Jelly beans are to the candy world as glitter is to the craft world: You’ll be finding their remnants for weeks to come. The good news is that there isn’t much you can’t make with jelly beans. They are perfect as dessert decorations and fabulous for creating eye-catching centerpieces. Another delicious thing you can do with leftover jelly beans is infuse vodka. Simply separate the jelly beans by flavor and you’ll have a variety of cocktails you can enjoy for weeks to come.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 jelly beans
  • 1 cup of vodka

Directions

Separate jelly beans by color and place 4 to 6 jelly beans in the bottom of a sealable jar.

Pour in one cup of vodka. Fasten the lid of the jar.

Allow vodka to infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain the vodka to rid the infused liquor of larger pieces of candy.
