Jalisco Mule Cocktail

Make a tequila-based mule cocktail: citrusy, icy, and perfect for summer

Swap the vodka for tequila to make a sweet, more caramel-flavored take on the classic Moscow mule.

  • 1 1/2 Ounce aged tequila, such as Patrón Reposado
  • 1/2 Ounce lime juice
  • 3 Ounces ginger beer
  • Lime twist, to garnish
  • Candied ginger, to garnish


Combine tequila and lime juice in a chilled copper mug filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and candied ginger.
