Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 Cup choipped cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup chopped fresh chives
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • chipotle hot pepper sauce, optional
  • 3 small red radishes, thinly sliced
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Scoop out the avocado flesh and place into a molcajete mortar and pestle. Add the cilantro, chopped chives, lime juice, and chipotle sauce

Gently mash with the pestle until the desired consistency is reached. Fold in diced radishes and season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
