Honeydew with Honey and Mint
This simple dessert is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, while delivering a nutritional punch. Honeydew melons are packed with vitamin C, while honey has antibacterial properties to fend of the cold and flu.
- 3 Cups cubed honeydew melon
- 1 Tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons honey
Place honeydew in serving bowl.
Toss with mint leaves and drizzle with honey.
