- 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced
- Coconut oil
- 3 Tablespoons clear honey
Step 1: Preheat a grill to medium heat. Lightly grease grill grates.
Step 2: Brush both sides of the pineapple slices lightly with coconut oil. Place them on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until slightly charred.
Step 3: Remove from the grill and drizzle 3 tablespoons honey over the top.
