Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced
  • Coconut oil
  • 3 Tablespoons clear honey

Directions

Prepare the grill for cooking. 

Brush both sides of the pinapple slices lightly with coconut oil. Place them on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and drizzle honey over the top.
