Turn your home into a ballpark with these tasty homemade cracker jacks. You can serve them as a sweet snack or get creative and use them as a decadent topping on brownies or in a sundae.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanuts, for roasting
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 8 cup freshly popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup homemade caramel
  • melted chocolate, for drizzling
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss the peanuts with olive oil and salt to taste. Once you have popped the popcorn place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet with peanuts and roast for 30 to 35 minutes. Once the popcorn and peanuts are out of the oven, coat with caramel and melted chocolate, to drizzle.
