- 1 Cup peanuts, for roasting
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 8 Cups freshly popped popcorn
- 1/2 Cup homemade caramel
- Melted chocolate, for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Toss the peanuts with olive oil and salt to taste. Once you have popped the popcorn place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet with peanuts and roast for 30 to 35 minutes. Once the popcorn and peanuts are out of the oven, coat with caramel and melted chocolate, to drizzle.
