Ingredients

  • 1 cooling herbal tea bag
  • 1 Tablespoon of peppermint leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons of chrysanthemum flowers
  • 3 Cups of boiling water

Directions

Steam tea, peppermint, and flowers in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Strain and cool to room temperature.

Sip!
