Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon jelly (any flavor)
  • Chia seeds, to taste

Directions

Spread your peanut butter and jelly on one slice of the bread. Sprinkle with as many chia seeds as you prefer, top with the second slice of bread, and enjoy.
