Microwave lemons for 10 seconds in order to increase their juiciness.
- 5 Cups of cold water, divided
- ½ Cup coconut sugar
- Juice from 6 lemons
- Lemon rounds (optional)
In a saucepan, add sugar and one cup of cold water. Bring just to a boil, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat and pour into glass pitcher. Cool in fridge for at least one hour, then add lemon juice and remaining water. Serve over ice and float lemon rounds on top.
