Healthy and Sweet Coffee Creamer
- 8 dates
- 3/4 Cups warm water
- 2 Cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, softened
- Salt, to taste
Soak the dates in the warm water for five minutes. Once they are soft, remove the pits and throw away the water.
In a blender or food processor, combine the pitted dates with 3/4 cup of fresh water.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smoothie for about 3 to 5 minutes. Store in a sealed container or mason jar.
