Harvest Topping Pumpkin Seeds
With pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and apples, serve the mix a top warm baked Brie cheese for a delicious hors d’oeuvre.
Ways to Use Seeds:
Spoon over warm baked Brie and serve with crackers.
Spread mascarpone cheese on sliced multi grain baguette and spoon harvest topping over top for a delicious snack.
Serve over bed of greens and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 Cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons Country Crock spread
- 1/8 Teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until seeds are golden brown.
