Handy Beef Mix Recipe
Use this handy beef mix for a variety of ground beef dishes.

- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup 2 percent milk
- 3 Teaspoons salt
- 3 Teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 4 Pounds ground beef
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Divide into four portions; place in freezer containers. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before using.
