  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup white onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 green limes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pieces of serrano chile
  • 1/2 cup of green apple
  • kosher salt to taste
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Take out the avocado pit and remove the pulp with a spoon and place in a mortar. Finely chop the onion, cilantro, the serrano chile without the seeds and cut the apple into small cubes. Add the ingredients to the mortar and crush. Add salt, lime juice and olive oil. Mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
