Grilled Salmon on a Stick
Grilled salmon is an elegant dinner for any night of the week. If you skewer it, then it makes for an easy yet classy party appetizer.

- 2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds), cut into 8 pieces
Combine the ingredients, place in baggie with salmon, and marinate 2–4 hours.
Place on stick and garnish with parsley and pineapple chunks.
Grill until cooked to desired doneness.
