Ingredients
  • 8 ripe apricots
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 slices brioche, cut about 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon honey, warmed
  • 2 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Drizzle apricot halves with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Grill the brioche slices for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Grill the apricots for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer brioche slices to 4 individual serving plates. Top with apricot halves, drizzle with honey, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
