Grilled Apricots With Brioche and Vanilla Ice Cream

Don’t just use your grill for burgers: Grill your apricots and buttery brioche for a perfect summer dinner party dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 ripe apricots
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 4 slices brioche, cut about 1-inch thick
  • 2 Tablespoons honey, warmed
  • 2 Cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat grill to medium heat. Drizzle apricot halves with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Grill the brioche slices for 1 minute on each side.

Grill the apricots for 2 minutes on each side.

Transfer brioche slices to 4 individual serving plates. Top with apricot halves, drizzle with honey, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
