Green Matcha Smoothie

As Matcha continues to be an ongoing food trend, Daiya Foods—creators of delicious plant-based alternatives, has created a Green Matcha Smoothie recipe that uses Daiya Greek Yogurt Alternative. This recipe is free of the top three food allergens: dairy, gluten and soy.


  • 1 Kiwi (halved)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Daiya peach Greek yogurt, or another flavor of dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 Cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 Handful spinach
  • Ice


Add fruit, matcha powder, non-dairy milk, ice and greens to a blender, and blend until smooth
