For the simple syrup:
Cook down 1 part sugar and 1 part water.
- 1 part Pernod Absinthe
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 parts water
- Plenty of ice
- Slices of cucumber, for garnish
Build the ingredients listed in order; add ice cubes. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber.
