Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa's
This guacamole is topped with a "Mexican Sauce”, or what’s referred to in the US as a Pico de Gallo. It makes for a great presentation.

Ingredients
- 4 mashed avocados
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 6 chopped jalapeño chiles
- 6 spoonfuls of chopped coriander
- juice of 2 lemons
- 4 Teaspoons olive oil
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- toasted tortilla chips
- toasted tortilla chips
- Salt and pepper
Directions
In a bowl, place the pulped avocados and mix it with a fork until a paste is formed. Add the onion, tomatoes, chiles, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour Mexican sauce on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
