  • 5 bunches kale
  • 2 heads celery
  • 12 Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 8 Asian pears, diced
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Fresh lemon juice


Run the kale, celery, apples, pears, and parsley through the juicer. Season with the lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
