Good Morning Milan Cocktail
The mascarpone milk, egg white, and sage honey syrup blend with The Black Grouse to create a smoky yet sweet cocktail perfect for the Easter holiday. This cocktail comes from everyone's favorite New York City bar, PDT.
- 2 Ounces The Black Grouse whisky
- 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
- 3/4 Ounces sage honey syrup
- 1/2 Ounce Mascarpone milk
- 2 Dashes of Lavender Tincture
- Egg white
Dry shake, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with lavender.
