Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces The Black Grouse whisky
  • 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
  • 3/4 Ounces sage honey syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce Mascarpone milk
  • 2 Dashes of Lavender Tincture
  • Egg white

Directions

Dry shake, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with lavender.
