Ingredients
  • 1 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bottle ayinger hefeweizen
Directions
  1. Pour the ginger kiqueur and lemon juice into a collins glass half-filled with ice and stir briefly to mix. Slowly pour the beer into the glass (carefully preventing it from foaming over) and garnish with a slice of orange. Top off with the remaining beer as desired.
