The Ginger Miller Recipe


Martin Miller’s gin with ginger-flavored syrup plus Meyer lemon = The Ginger Miller. This is an easily adjustable cocktail where you can subtract lemon juice or add more gin.


  • 1 squeezed Meyer lemon, leaving in the pulp but not the seeds. (If you do not like pucker, cut the amount of juice.)
  • 1 shot Purely Syrup ginger root simple syrup
  • 2 shots Martin Millers Reformed London Dry gin
  • Soda water


Stir ingredients together in medium-tall bar glass. Add two cubes of ice and a double splash of soda. If you have extra Meyer lemons to get rid of, garnish with a wedge.
