Ingredients

• 1 part gin, such as hendrick’s gin
• 1 part sherry, such as tio pepe sherry
• 1 part st germain elderflower liqueur
• lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

1. Stir over ice in a mixing glass, pour over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass.
2. Garnish with a lemon peel.
