Ingredients
- 5 dates
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, cooked
- 1/2 cup fruit
- 1/8 cup walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Blend dates and water into a purée and stir into oatmeal. Top with fruits and walnuts, and sprinkle ground ginger and cinnamon.
