- 3 small steamed or baked and peeled beets (steam or bake the beets until soft)
- 5 medium bananas
- 2 Teaspoons cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon carob
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened desiccated coconut meal
Combine all of the above-required ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend them until the content becomes very smooth. Place the mixture into an adjustable cake mold and freeze it for at least 2 hours. Enjoy the cake with fresh seasonal fruit as garnish.
