  • 6 Ounces spiced rum
  • 2 Ounces local honey
  • 1 Ounce lemon juice
  • 12 Ounces hot cider
  • sliced lemons
  • diced apples
  • 2 Tablespoons spearmint tea

Directions

Fill the french press with honey, rum, diced apples, sliced lemons, a spoonful of loose-leaf spearmint tea, and piping hot apple cider. Keep it warm on the hearth, allowing all the flavors to come together.
