Freezer-Friendly Breakfast Sandwiches
Hit the snooze button and still have an amazing breakfast, thanks to these make-ahead breakfast sandwiches.

- 6 eggs
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 English muffins, split
- 12 slices ham
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil 6 ramekins, and place them on a baking sheet.
Add one egg to each ramekin, and beat slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and bake until egg whites are cooked through, about 12-14 minutes.
Place one egg over the bottom half of each muffin. Top with 2 slices of ham, and 1 slice of cheese. Cover the top muffin half to create a sandwich.
Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap, and place in the freezer.
To reheat, remove the plastic wrap, and replace it with paper towel. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, until warmed through.
