Buffalo Chicken Wings
Buffalo chicken wings are a fool-proof classic. With just two ingredients – chicken wings and Frank’s RedHot Sauce – the wings are equally easy and delicious. Recipe courtesy of Frank’s RedHot.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
Bake the wings in a foil-lined pan on the lowest rack for 20 to 25 minutes, until crispy, turning once.
Toss the wings in the sauce to coat.
If you’re buying chicken at the store, make sure that it’s the last thing you pick up before hitting the checkout – and to head straight home with it to the icebox.
Wash everything that chicken touches with soap and hot water.
