Flower Powers Cocktail

This Irish whiskey cocktail, created by PDT bartender John de Barry, is light, floral, aromatic, and elegant. "It's a bit of a Bee's Knees variation, with lots of floral ingredients since they'll be popping up soon," says PDT owner Jim Meehan.

Deliver Ingredients
1 drink


  • 2 kumquats
  • 1 "-by-1" strip of green bell pepper
  • 1 3/4 ounce Powers 12 Year whiskey
  • 1/4 ounce St. Germain
  • 1/4 ounce honey syrup
  • 1 barspoon of lemon juice
  • Ice


Muddle the kumquats and green pepper, then add the rest of the ingredients.Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a silicone flower.
