This sweet, bitter, and strong ice cream float is everything you could want from a summer cocktail.This recipe is courtesy of Victoria Canty, Dante.

Ingredients

2 ounce campari
1/2 ounce dry vermouth, such as cinzano bianco
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, such as cinzano 1757
1/2 ounce london dry gin, such as bulldog gin
1 small scoop vanilla gelato
blood orange soda, such as san pellegrino aranciata rosso

Directions

Mix together all the ingredients, except the ice cream. Add the scoop of ice cream, and stir. Serve with a straw.
