Float The Boat: Negroni Ice Cream Soda

Ingredients
- 2 ounce campari
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, such as cinzano bianco
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, such as cinzano 1757
- 1/2 ounce london dry gin, such as bulldog gin
- 1 small scoop vanilla gelato
- blood orange soda, such as san pellegrino aranciata rosso
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients, except the ice cream. Add the scoop of ice cream, and stir. Serve with a straw.
