This sweet, bitter, and strong ice cream float is everything you could want from a summer cocktail.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 2 Ounces Campari
  • 1/2 Ounce dry vermouth, such as Cinzano Bianco
  • 1/2 Ounce sweet vermouth, such as Cinzano 1757
  • 1/2 Ounce London dry gin, such as Bulldog Gin
  • 1 small scoop vanilla gelato
  • Blood orange soda, such as San Pellegrino Aranciata Rosso


Mix together all the ingredients, except the ice cream. Add the scoop of ice cream, and stir. Serve with a straw.
