This cocktail is perfect for the Fourth of July! It's from Michael Mina's Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach — and called First Base. The lemon and hibiscus are perfect for a hot summer's day, and when combined with rosé champagne, it really gets the party started. Serve up a First Base cocktail at your summer backyard party for you and your guests to enjoy!

  • 2 ounce ketel one citroen (any premium vodka)
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce hibiscus syrup
  • splash rosé champagne
  • 1 candied hibiscus flower
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients. Top with rosé champagne. Garnish with candied hibiscus flower.
