The recipe is an ideal way to set the tone for the culinary year ahead and can be enjoyed during brunch or at-home while trying to find peace and calm following the holiday party season!

- 3/4 Ounces tequila, such as Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 3/4 Ounces fennel liqueur
- 1/4 Ounce lime juice
- 1/4 Ounce honey syrup
- Dash of orange bitters
- Sparkling wine
- Fennel frond, for garnish
Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, fennel liqueur, lime juice, raw honey syrup, and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Finely strain contents into a flute over ice.
Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fennel frond.
