- 1 ounce brandy, preferably Korbel California Brandy
- ¼ ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Chambord, to float
- Cherry, for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients except Chambord and cherry in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a tall glass. Top with Chambord. Garnish with cherry.
