Ingredients
- 10 casa meatballs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 six-inch whole-wheat tortillas
- 4 tablespoon whole cranberry sauce, divided
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 red cabbage, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a microwave, heat meatballs with 1 tablespoon water on high for 1 1/2 -2 minutes, or until meatballs are hot.
- Place 5 meatballs down the center of each tortilla. Spread 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce alongside the meatballs. Place three apples slices down the center of each tortilla; garnish with thinly sliced red cabbage.
- Roll or wrap burrito-style.
