Ingredients

  • 1 package Stonefire original or whole grain pita
  • 1 Cup homemade or store-bought hummus
  • ½ Cup sliced black olives
  • 2 Cups shredded lettuce
  • 12 slices ripe tomato
  • ½ Cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 homemade or store-bougth falafel balls, warmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Remove the pita from package, warm following directions on back of package.

Cut the pitas in half and gently split each half to create 8 pockets.

Fill each pocket with the hummus, falafel balls, sliced red onion, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced black olives. Season to taste.

Serve immediately.
