- 1 package Stonefire original or whole grain pita
- 1 Cup homemade or store-bought hummus
- ½ Cup sliced black olives
- 2 Cups shredded lettuce
- 12 slices ripe tomato
- ½ Cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 homemade or store-bougth falafel balls, warmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Remove the pita from package, warm following directions on back of package.
Cut the pitas in half and gently split each half to create 8 pockets.
Fill each pocket with the hummus, falafel balls, sliced red onion, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced black olives. Season to taste.
