El Mojito Cocktail

- 2 Ounces light or repasado tequila
- 3-5 lime wedges
- 1 Tablespoon agave syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 Cup crushed ice
- 3 Ounces soda water
Squeeze lime wedges in a glass. Lightly muddle lime with agave syrup. Clap mint to bring out flavour and add to glass. Add crushed ice and tequila. Churn all ingredients together. Top with crushed ice and soda water. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint.
