- 1 Cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Process until combined. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight before using for best flavor.
