Crisp, toffee bits dot this delicious, super sweet fudge that will give any who taste it a much deserved sugar rush. If you prefer white or milk chocolate, feel free to swap out the dark chocolate in the recipe.
In a medium pan, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk, and stir over medium heat while the chocolate melts. Once melted and smooth, pour the chocolate mixture into a pan, and sprinkle the toffee on top. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
