Ingredients

  • 4 pounds red delicious apples, cored, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of one lemon

Directions

Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon, into the slow cooker. Mix everything together until it is well coated.

Add water, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Put the slow cooker on low and cook apples for 6 hours.
