- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons pesto
- 4 slices of tomato
Spread the butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
Layer the cheese, pesto, and tomatoes on the bread before closing the sandwich.
Heat a frying pan, then place the sandwich in the pan to cook, flipping it once after the cheese has started to melt and the bread is brown. The sandwich is done cooking when both sides are browned and the cheese is fully melted.
