Peppermint Fudge
  • 3 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white peppermint candies, crushed
  1. Line an 8-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium pan, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk, and stir over medium heat while the chocolate melts. Once melted and smooth, pour the chocolate mixture into a pan, and sprinkle the peppermints on top. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
