Ingredients

  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 3/4 Cups butter
  • 2/3 Cups cream
  • 1/4 Cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 7 Ounces marshmallow cream
  • 12 Ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with parchment, set aside.

Combine the sugar, butter, and cream in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir while the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to boil for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then, remove the pan from the heat, and add the Irish cream liqueur.

Combine the chocolate and marshmallow cream in a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot Irish cream mixture over top. Mix to melt the chocolate. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
