Ingredients

  • 1 Cup reserved cooking liquid from steaming broccoli (or hot water)
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ Teaspoon oregano

Directions

Stir ingredients together and drink while still warm.
