Ingredients

1 ounce bombay sapphire gin
½ ounce crème de yvette
¼ ounce lime juice
¼ ounce simple syrup
seltzer

Directions

Pour the gin, Crème Yvette, and lime juice into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with seltzer, and serve.
