The Double Standard

Ingredients

• 1 ounce serrano infused gin
• 1 ounce cucumber-infused vodka
• .75 ounce house-made ginger simple syrup
• .5 ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 dash of celery bitters
• muddled cilantro, for garnish
• serrano pepper, sliced, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake well over ice. Serve up in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cilantro leaf and a slice of serrano pepper.
