Chocolate cake is my ultimate weakness. If there is an option of anything chocolate, I can't help but indulge, and recipe makes it just that much more convenient.
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 Cup melted butter
- 1/8 Cup milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Pinch of salt
Directions
In a large mug, mix together dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
Stir in wet ingredients, being mindful of incorporating all the flour at the bottom of the mug.
Place your chocolate chips in the center of your mug.
Do not stir them in, they will sink naturally.
Place your cake in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until set.
Serve with ice cream!
