Everyone has an idea of what an alcoholic iced tea is, and it usually begins and ends with Long Island. This cocktail recipe has all of those flavors in a brand new package.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce gin, preferably Bombay Sapphire
  • 1/2 Ounce ginger syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Ounce tamarind-turbinado sugar purée
  • 1 splash of soda water

Directions

Shake first four ingredients; pour into a highball glass.

Add a splash of soda water.

Garnish with a lemon wedge dipped in turbinado sugar.
