Daria's Watermelon Cocktail
We're getting more and more excited for summer, so we can't wait to muddle some watermelon in our cocktails. This cocktail comes from Galli restaurant in New York City.
- 1/2 Ounce seedless watermelon, cubed
- 3/4 Ounces pink peppercorn simple syrup
- 1/2 Ounce Campari
- 1/2 Ounce Bombay Sapphire
- 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
- Watermelon slice, to garnish
Muddle watermelon at the bottom of the shaker, and add in the rest of the ingredients. Shake ingredients well with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
